Product Description
This website sells a software product (WordPress plugin) in the form of a digital file, along with a license for its use. The product is intangible and does not involve physical delivery.
Order Process
The customer selects a plan/license on the product page, fills out the order form (e-mail, contact details), and completes the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is considered placed and the purchase agreement concluded.
Payment Methods
Payment is made online through the Stripe/Link or PayPal payment system. They accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely; the seller does not receive or store the customer’s card details.
Delivery Terms and Timeframes
Since the product is digital, delivery is carried out electronically. After successful payment, the customer automatically receives the following at the specified e-mail address:
- a download link for the plugin file,
- a link to log in to their personal account for managing the plugin’s license keys.
Access is also available through the personal account on the website. Delivery time is typically up to 1 minute after the payment is received; in exceptional cases (technical maintenance, manual payment verification) — up to 24 hours. If the e-mail is not received, the customer may contact our support.
License and Term
The license is granted for the number of websites specified in the license and is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Throughout the license term, the customer receives plugin updates and technical support. The license can be renewed for subsequent one-year terms. If the license is not renewed, the plugin continues to function, but the customer no longer receives updates and technical support.
