We’re confident in our product and know that in 99% of cases, issues with it come down to configuration and can be resolved quickly with help from our support team. That said, nothing is perfect, and in some cases our plugin may not be the right fit for you.
Please note that refunds for digital products differ from refunds for physical goods: with a digital product, the buyer keeps their copy regardless. Refunds also carry costs — payment processing fees, along with the time and resources we spend handling such requests and supporting users. Finally, before purchasing the PRO version, you can try the Free version of the plugin first, and we strongly recommend doing so.
To prevent abuse — cases where users buy the product intending to return it — our refund policy is balanced and fairly accounts for the interests of all parties. It works as follows:
- We accept refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, refunds are no longer possible.
- You must provide a valid reason for your refund request. Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:
- the plugin cannot be configured to work with your setup of WordPress plugins and themes;
- the plugin contains a vulnerability that threatens the security of your site;
- the plugin was never downloaded;
- you were accidentally charged twice;
- other possible reasons not listed here.
- You must give us the opportunity to try to resolve your issue. We can almost always fix it — the only question is usually the cost of doing so. In the rare cases where a fix would require too many resources, a refund is the better outcome for everyone.
Reasons we may decline a refund:
- You request a refund but don’t provide a valid reason.
- You request a refund but refuse to let us investigate and fix the issue.
- You don’t have enough experience to use the plugin.
- You bought it by mistake or simply changed your mind.
