Product Description
This website sells a software product (WordPress plugin) in the form of a digital file, along with a license for its use. The product is intangible and does not involve physical delivery.
Order Process
The customer selects a plan/license on the product page, fills out the order form (e-mail, contact details), and completes the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is considered placed and the purchase agreement concluded.
Payment Methods
Payment is made online through the WayForPay payment system. We accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely; the seller does not receive or store the customer’s card details.
Delivery Terms and Timeframes
Since the product is digital, delivery is carried out electronically. After successful payment, the customer automatically receives the following at the specified e-mail address:
- a download link for the plugin file,
- a link to log in to their personal account for managing the plugin’s license keys.
Access is also available through the personal account on the website. Delivery time is typically up to 1 minute after the payment is received; in exceptional cases (technical maintenance, manual payment verification) — up to 24 hours. If the e-mail is not received, the customer may contact support at support@filtereverything.pro.
License and Term
The license is granted for 1 website on a perpetual basis. Throughout the validity of the license, the customer receives plugin updates. Technical support is provided for 6 months from the date of license purchase. After the support period expires, the plugin continues to function.
Refunds
In accordance with Part 2 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium if its supply has already begun with the consumer’s consent. Nevertheless, in the event of technical issues that cannot be resolved on the seller’s side, funds will be refunded within 7 days to the same payment card. Refund requests should be sent to support@filtereverything.pro.
