Filter Everythihg is licensed under the GPL 2.0 license.
But the Filter Everything PRO is licensed under the Envato split license. You have no rights to modify and use it in commercial purposes until you pay the license.

Both Filter Everythihg and Filter Everything PRO are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our plugins.
